For over a decade, Kapptivate has been simplifying the work of QA and monitoring teams in world-leading companies. Our mission has always been to offer centralized and accessible solutions for non-technical users, thereby fostering better collaboration between teams—No, ensuring the smooth running of digital services isn’t just for IT teams! 😉
AI has long been at the heart of our R&D efforts, well before it became a buzzword. With a dedicated AI engineering team, we’ve been working for years on three main objectives:
As we continue our expansion across Europe, it was essential to keep strengthening our R&D capabilities. The Eurostars program, co-funded by the European Union and Eureka, presented the perfect opportunity to accelerate our development in a market dominated by costly and complex American solutions.
We partnered with a major European insurance company to apply for Eurostars, with the shared goal of pushing the boundaries of the customer digital experience, both online and in their physical offices.
For this industry leader, the challenge is twofold: first, to deliver a flawless omnichannel experience by detecting and resolving incidents or performance drops even faster within their digital ecosystem; and second, to optimize production costs by simplifying and reducing the workload associated with QA Testing and monitoring. These are exactly the areas where our innovations come into play—making testing and monitoring faster, more reliable, and more efficient, while significantly reducing the effort and time required by teams.
By combining their industry expertise with our know-how, this partnership demonstrates Kapptivate's ability to tackle the service quality challenges faced by large industries across Europe.
The Kapptivate project awarded by Eurostars is centered around the development of four interconnected agents:
One of the major breakthroughs of our project? Making tests entirely independent of how digital services are technically structured. By leveraging AI to focus solely on the visual rendering of interfaces—just like a human tester would—this approach lets us make all tests fully cross-platform and reliable. Pretty neat, right?
Beyond recognizing the quality of our team’s work, Eurostars is a true catalyst for three more years of innovation that will transform the Kapptivate experience. Each advancement will further enrich our product roadmap, gradually improving the digital experience for our current clients. And guess what? The first new features will be rolling out by the end of this year. Exciting times ahead—stay tuned!
A huge thank you to our incredible team, our invaluable partner in the insurance world 😉, the Eurostars program and its supporting bodies (Eureka, the European Union, and Horizon Europe), and last but not least, a special nod to our trusted advisor, Pierre Michea! 👊
